Donald Hartmann, 56, of Zelienople died Saturday at UPMC Passavant Hospital, McCandless Township.

Born Jan. 9, 1953, in Ellwood City, he was the son of Kathryn (Soltesz) Hartmann of Zelienople and the late Robert L. Hartmann.

Donald was baptized and raised in the St. Gregory Roman Catholic Church.

A graduate of Seneca Valley High School, he was an avid sports fan, poker player and a collector of old television shows.

He is survived by his brothers, Bob Hartmann and his wife, Deborah, of Zelienople and Bruce Hartmann of Reston, Va.; his niece, Amy; and his nephew, Scott.
