Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Sept. 12 — Phillip Anthony Campbell, 45, of Butler, was charged with felony criminal trespass following a Sept. 12 incident. Police said Campbell was trespassing in someone else’s home.
Sept. 12 — Ashten Elizabeth McIntyre, 36, of East Brady, was charged with felony criminal trespass following a Sept. 12 incident. Police said McIntyre was trespassing in someone else’s home.
Sept. 12 — Dylan Edward Stewart, 31, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 6 crash. Police said Stewart had a blood alcohol content of 0.285%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Sept. 12 — Daniel Jay Hunter, 25, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Sept. 7 incident. Police said Hunter showed signs of impairment.
Sept. 19 — Police were dispatched for reports of an abandoned, light blue, 26-inch Huffy Rock Creek mountain bike. Butler Township police will hold the bicycle until the owner is located.
Sept. 12 — Alyssa Jolee Fulton, 21, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 26 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Fulton tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.082%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Sept. 12 — Harry Douglass Koch, 57, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Sept. 6 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Koch showed signs of impairment.
Sept. 21 — Police investigated a backpack containing miscellaneous items found around 6 p.m. in the middle of I-79 Southbound at the 97.3 mile marker.
Sept. 12 — Terry A. Marich, 61, of Aliquippa, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of false display documents following an Aug. 14 traffic stop. Police said Marich had counterfeit inspection and emission stickers.
