Still delivering for Butler
The U.S. Postal Service has a long-standing tradition of connecting people — through letters, packages and reliable service. Under our Delivering for America plan, I’m committed to upholding that tradition while working to enhance the customer experience. Whether it’s ensuring timely deliveries, improving our retail services, or listening to your feedback, my goal is to make our post office a place of trust and support for everyone.
We want Butler to see us as dependable and relevant. We want to be a fixture in the community and assist local businesses to grow with the town and attract new businesses.
And we want to be the employer of choice.
My own journey began almost 25 years ago as a postmaster relief in Yatesboro, Pa. I took advantage of the many opportunities within the Postal Service and gained valuable knowledge in Kittanning, Freeport, Sarver, Sagamore, Saxonburg and here in Butler as a supervisor, customer services from 2016 until 2019.
We are more than just a federal agency; we’re your neighbors. This institution has been serving this community for more than 200 years.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve. I’m proud to be here and look forward to working together to keep our community connected.
Victoria Bowser,
postmaster, Butler Post Office
