Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Sept. 9 — Gary J. Johnson, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor failing to comply with counseling following a Sept. 4 incident. Police said Johnson was not in compliance with his required counseling regarding Megan’s Law.

Sept. 9 — Jedediah Lee Owens-Vickers, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 8 incident. Police said Owens-Vickers struck a woman about 10 times in the head with an open hand.

Sept. 10 — Scott Allen Locke, 54, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a June 20 incident. Police said Locke had seven stamp bags of suspected heroin.

Cranberry Twp

Sept. 9 — Angelica Godinez Rojas, 36, of Cranberry Township, was charged with accident involving damage following a July 16 crash. Police said Godinez Rojas crashed into a vehicle and left the scene.

State police, Butler

Sept. 9 — Steven Franklin Hudson, 37, of Butler, was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft following a Sept. 9 incident in Penn Township. Police said Hudson broke into a residence and drank a bottle of whiskey valued at $20.

Sept. 9 — Chelsea Dawn Steele, 34, of Bruin, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing following an Aug. 28 incident in Petrolia. Police said Steele was trespassing in a business.

Sept. 9 — Tyler William Ealy, 18, of Bruin, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing following an Aug. 28 incident in Petrolia. Police said Ealy was trespassing in a business.

Sept. 10 — Hailey Elaine Foote, 18, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 6 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Foote punched a woman multiple times.

Sept. 10 — Velma Miller, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 6 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Miller punched a woman in her head.
