The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Sept. 8 — Shaun Michael Hargett, 46, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 21 incident. Police said Hargett had a needle, a spoon, a lighter and a vial of suspected marijuana seeds.

Sept. 8 — Devin Schrecengost, 29, of Parker, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and drug paraphernalia possession following a June 17 incident. Police said Schrecengost had an open alcoholic container in the vehicle, three burned smoking pipes, showed signs of impairment and tested positive for THC, cocaine and methamphetamine.

Sept. 8 — Joshua Lynn Lopes, 38, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 5 incident. Police said Lopes had a needle and suspected methamphetamine.

Sept. 8 — Ashton Heath Blake, 21, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 31 traffic stop. Police said Blake had a plastic bag of marijuana and a second empty bag of marijuana.

Sept. 8 — Corinne Ann Anderson, 63, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 30 traffic stop. Police said Anderson had a small crack rock, a glass smoking pipe with residue, a digital scale with white residue and several empty baggies with residue.

Sept. 8 — Matthew Scott Bovard, 28, of Slippery Rock, was charged with three felony theft counts following a June 30 incident. Police said Bovard stole two firearms.

Sept. 8 — Edward Patrick Orianwo, 29, of Midland, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and resisting arrest following a Sept. 7 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said Orianwo showed signs of impairment and refused commands from police.

Sept. 8 — Angel Marie Moyer, 47, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 3 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Moyer showed signs of impairment, had cocaine and methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe and tested positive for cocaine and methamphetamine.

Sept. 8 — Ashley Marie Gutshall, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Nov. 11, 2023, traffic stop in Butler. Police said Gutshall had a glass smoking pipe with residue and a clear plastic container with residue.

Sept. 8 — Tamalyn Marie Campbell, 53, of Knox, was charged with misdemeanor theft following an Aug. 11 incident in Clay Township. Police said Campbell stole two checks with a combined value of $217.90 from a mailbox.

Sept. 8 — Jason M. Terwint, 49, of Clarion, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 1 traffic stop in Chicora. Police said Terwint showed signs of impairment, had 0.85 grams of fentanyl, a brick of heroin and two empty stamp bags and tested positive for methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Sept. 8 — Kristen Lee Bartolomeo, 51, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 23 incident in Summit Township. Police said Bartolomeo showed signs of impairment.

Sept. 8 — Chad Alan Wimer, 34, of Portersville, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor controlled substance possession following an Oct. 28, 2023, encounter in Center Township. Police said Wimer showed signs of impairment, had a metal container with suspected crack cocaine and tested positive for cocaine.
