A. Pauline Dunbar
A. Pauline Mincer Dunbar, 79, of Mars died Thursday morning at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.
Born in Callery, July 22, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Lewis G. and Francis M. Harris Mincer.
Pauline was the tax collector in Mars for many years and was the former bookkeeper for Purvis Brothers in Mars.
She was a member of the Old Union Presbyterian Church and was an avid card player.
Surviving are a son, Scott Dunbar and his wife, Rhonda, of Allison Park; a daughter, Leslie Bartell and her husband, Stephen, of Valencia; two grandchildren, Jason Lee and Jessica Rhae Dunbar; two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Shane Bischke; and two sisters, Dolores Nelson, and her husband, Ted "Duck," of Mars and Carol McCandless and her husband, Bill, of Evans City.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent L. Dunbar, who died in 1978; two brothers, Lewis Dean and G. Keith Mincer; and two sisters, Madeline and Anna Faye Mincer.

Pauline Mincer Dunbar, who died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008, are invited to a memorial service at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Mars VFW Social Hall, Mars-Valencia Road, Mars. The Rev.
