ATHENS, Greece — Greece agreed to harsh terms for a new three-year bailout Tuesday and vowed to push it through parliament this week, despite mounting dissent in the ruling left-wing party.

With the country facing the risk of a debt default next week, Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras had sought to speed up the talks and get approval of a deal this week. Tsipras has called for an emergency session of parliament for a vote late Thursday.

DALLAS — If you get on a Spirit Airlines flight, there's a 50-50 chance that your flight will be late.Perhaps then it is no surprise that Spirit has the highest complaint rate of any major U.S. airline.Spirit, a low-fare, high-fees carrier with a clientele of mostly leisure travelers, had by far the worst on-time performance in June among 14 airlines tracked in a government report. Only 49.9 percent of its flights arrived within 15 minutes of schedule, which is the government's definition of being on time.It was the worst on-time performance by a major airline in 10 years.

But she's probably never faced negative publicity like this before: The Food and Drug Administration says Kardashian's social media posts violate federal drug-promotion rules.Kardashian recently began promoting a prescription pill to treat morning sickness through her social media accounts. Such endorsement deals are relatively common for celebrities. In posts to Instagram and Facebook earlier this month Kardashian talks about her struggles with nausea due to pregnancy.But FDA regulators say the posts violate rules for promoting drugs because they don't mention side effects of the drug.

General Electric is selling its health care lending unit and related loans to Capital One for roughly $9 billion as it shrinks its GE Capital finance business.GE announced in April that it would sell most of the assets in the GE Capital subsidiary as it focuses on industrial businesses — making large, complicated equipment for other companies.
