After a 25-year career leading projects in project management for Verizon, Brett Fox was ready for something new.

The Cranberry Township resident recently launched Peace of Mind Home Watch and Concierge in Cranberry, a property care and concierge business. It serves the Cranberry Township, Zelienople, Mars, Pittsburgh area and surrounding communities.

“After spending decades leading complex initiatives and operations, I wanted to bring that same rigorous attention to detail, organization and trust directly to our local community,” Fox said. “When homeowners leave town, they shouldn’t have to worry about unexpected storms, plumbing leaks, HVAC failures or routine maintenance issues. Our mission is simple: to deliver absolute confidence and peace of mind while our clients are away.”

Peace of Mind Home Watch provides structured, nonintrusive visual inspections of residential properties — checking the interior and exterior of the home for signs of damage, weather impacts, vandalism or mechanical failure.

A detailed report is provided after every visit, complete with timestamped photos and transparent communication.
