Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
June 12 — Cyler Alan Strader, 21, of Natrona Heights, was charged with five misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession and one misdemeanor count of marijuana possession following a June 12 traffic stop. Police said Strader had a marijuana smoking device, a grinder, a metal plate with a marijuana blunt, a plastic bag with marijuana residue and two plastic bags with marijuana buds.
June 12 — Robert Anthony Miller, 30, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol following a June 12 incident. Police said Miller showed signs of impairment.
June 11 — Austin David Arnold, 24, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a June 8 incident. Police said Arnold left a restaurant without paying for a meal worth $137.70.
June 9 — Heather Joy McClemens, 34, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 27 traffic stop. Police said McClemens had suspected crack cocaine and an empty stamp bag.
June 9 — Wayne Alexander Barry, 36, of Harrisville, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an April 27 traffic stop. Police said Barry had a glass crack pipe and two digital scales with white powder residue.
June 9 — Thomas Julio Cipolla, 42, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor driving under the influence counts and one misdemeanor count of drug paraphernalia possession following May 15 crash. Police said Cipolla showed signs of impairment and had a crack pipe.
June 9 — Sean Michael Stettmier, 55, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following an April 8 traffic stop. Police said Stettmier had a crack rock and glass crack pipe.
June 11 — Richard George Armstrong, 60, of Evans City, was charged with two felony counts of false written statement on a firearms application and two misdemeanor counts of statement under penalty following a Feb. 5 incident. Police said Armstrong answered falsely on a firearms application.
June 4 — Madeline Janice Gilarski, 21, of Bethel Park, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of selling liquor to a minor and furnishing alcohol following a May 3 incident. Police said Gilarski gave one eight-pack of High Noon liquor to an underage individual.
June 12 — Morgan Elizabet Hannold, 41, of Butler, was charged with felony aggravated assault and one misdemeanor count each of trespassing, simple assault and resisting arrest following a June 12 incident in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Hannold bit an officer, pulled away from officers and refused orders to leave a property.
June 9 — Rodney Bryan Hartman, 65, of Freeport, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts and misdemeanor accident involving damage following a March 14 crash in Buffalo Township. Police said Hartman fled the scene of a crash and had a BAC of 0.165%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
June 9 — Dylan Lavane Bowser, 28, of Rimersburg, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a March 22 traffic stop in Buffalo Township. Police said Bowser had two empty stamp bags.
June 9 — John Robert Bowser, 34, of Rimersburg, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a March 22 traffic stop in Buffalo Township. Police said Bowser had burnt tinfoil commonly used for smoking controlled substances.
June 11 — Austin Lee Ehrman, 26, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor carrying firearms without a license following a May 5 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Ehrman had a firearm with an expired concealed carry permit.
June 10 — Joseph Platek, 36, of Oakdale, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a May 14 incident. Police said Platek forcefully attempted to enter a residence, damaging the door.
