The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

May 6 — Derek Hays, 34, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and evading arrest following an April 11 incident. Police said Hays resisted when being taken into custody and attempted to run.

May 12 — Martin R. Rishel, 20, of Irwin, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana possession following an April 21 traffic stop in Penn Township. Police said Rishel had two marijuana cigarettes and tested positive for THC.

May 12 — Jacob A. Rettig, 32, of Butler, was charged with four misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following an April 18 traffic stop in Penn Township. Police said Rettig showed signs of impairment, but his blood draw results were not immediately available.

May 12 — Ian J. McIlwain, 34, of Kittanning, was charged with misdemeanor unsworn falsification to authorities following an April 11 incident in Clearfield Township. Police said Mcilwain falsified information on a firearms application.
