Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

State police, Butler

May 1 — Dana E. Martin III, 30, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol following an April 30 crash in Center Township. Police said Martin had a blood alcohol content of 0.198%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 2 — Wendy L. Hile, 44, of Petrolia, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession following a May 1 incident in Fairview Township. Police said Hile had a plastic container of methamphetamine, a plastic container with three yellow pills, another yellow pill and seven white pills.

May 5 — Edward R. Colestock IV, 42, of Slippery Rock, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and simple assault following a May 3 incident in Cherry Township. Police said Colestock threw a woman on the ground and punched her multiple times in the face leaving bruising.

May 5 — Jenna T. Kern, 34, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 3 traffic stop in Center County. Police said Kern had three blue stamp bags with suspected heroin or fentanyl.

May 5 — Joshua D. Belschner, 40, of Boyers, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following an April 28 incident in Parker Township. Police said Belschner appeared to be under the influence of controlled substances in a public place an resisted when being taken into custody.
