Etta M. Bupp Barkley

Etta M. Bupp Barkley, 86, of Wynne, Ark., formerly of Evans City, died Wednesday in Arkansas.

Born June 20, 1922, in Harmony, she was the daughter of Howard W. and Anna F. Stewart Bupp.

She was a member of the Wynne Presbyterian Church and a former member of St. Peters Lutheran Church, Evans City.

She is survived by two sons, R. Troy (Beverly) Barkley of Evans City and Rodney R. (Judy) Barkley of Wynne, Ark; six daughters, Lorretta (Ronald) Rice of Harmony, Dianna Watt of Sarver, Marilyn Carroll of Flurence, Ore., Deloris Mangold of Wynne, Ark., Trudy (Paul) Stroud of Wynne, Ark., and Lucinda (Ray) Rutledge of Springdale, Ark.; a brother, Charles (Dorothy) Bupp of Harmony; two sisters-in-law, Lillian Bupp of Harmony and Georgie Bupp of Fombell; 24 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph S. Barkley, who died Dec. 17, 1982; two grandsons; three sisters; three brothers and three sons-in-law.

<B>BARKLEY</B>— Graveside services for Etta M. Barkley, who died Thursday, Aug. 13, 2008, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Greenlawn Burial Estates in Mt. Chestnut with the Rev. David Saylor, pastor of St. Peters Lutheran Church.Burial will be in Greenlawn Burial Estates.Arrangements are by <B>A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home</B>, Evans City.The family suggests memorial donations be made to Wynne Presbyterian Church, 1735 E.
