William A. Puz

Puz

William A. Puz, 80, of Saxonburg died Monday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Nov. 30, 1929, he was the son of Matthew and Cecelia Spanic Puz.

He had served in the U.S. Army and retired from Penn-Dixie Cement.

Surviving are his wife, Eleanor Johnston Puz, who he married April 9, 1983; four sons, Francis Puz of Kittanning, Andrew Puz of Kittanning, Louis (Sharon) Puz of Templeton and Matthew Puz of Kittanning; his sister, Mildred Davies of Cabot; his brother, Frank Puz of Butler; nine grandchildren, Alicia, Brittany, Kean, Matthew Jr., Chad, April, Camaryn, Chris and Cody; and three great-grandchildren, Raymond, Abigail and Daisy.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a son, Joseph; two brothers, Andrew and Matthew; and a sister, Cynthia Puz.

<B>PUZ </B>— Friends of William A. Puz, who died Monday, March 15, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery.Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.Information also is available at www.foxfuneralhomeinc.com.
