Donald J. Fleissner
Donald J. Fleissner, 75, of Mars died Monday evening at his home.
Born April 14, 1933, in Shaler Township, he was the son of Christian and Mary Wagner Fleissner.
He was an electrical designer for Alcoa in Pittsburgh and had also worked for Michael Bauer Engineers in Beaver. He later worked for Danik's North Hills Landscaping and as a carpenter for Tom Brugere Contractors.
He was a member of the St. Kilian Roman Catholic Church in Mars. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Surviving are his wife, Margaret 'Peg' Bent Fleissner, whom he married Aug. 2, 1958; his daughter, Brenda Nuhfer and her husband, Rod, of Charlotte, N.C.; his sister, Mrs.Ken (Jean) Stafford of Michigan; two brothers, Bernard Fleissner and his wife, Eileen, and Paul Fleissner, all of Gibsonia; his stepbrother, Donald Phillips and his wife, Bobbie, of Freeport; and his grandchildren, Ansley, Mandy, Stephanie, Leasha, Joshua, Josiah and Marissa.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Fleissner; and three brothers, Christopher, Robert and Leo Flessner.
