EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Richard Thomas Coburn, 46, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.

Steven Scott Laskowsky, 32, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 25 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Eric James Beck, 24, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 21 by the Lancaster Township police with seven counts of reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, two counts of speeding, three counts of passing unsafely on left, four counts of failing to obey duties at a stop sign, four counts of failing to yield at a yield sign, eight counts of failing to obey turning movements and required signals, seven counts of careless driving, driving without a license and driving with a suspended license.

Joshua Ian Altares, 31, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 25 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and not using low beams.

Bernard Albert Rozic, 62, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 25 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.

Debra L. Mulig, 48, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 21 by the Zelienople police with retail theft.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Denise Lynne Scott, 27, of Etna, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property.Timothy Durkin, 22, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, retail theft, receiving stolen property, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and parking in a handicapped/disabled veteran's designated spot.Michael Henderson, 44, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving a commercial vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and failing to obey federal out of service commercial vehicle criteria.Thomas Roy Young, 21, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Clifford Fiscus, 50, of Washington D.C., waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault.David Alexander, 38, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 2 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft.Douglas Maybee, 47, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.Timothy Ronald Tubridy, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without proper inspection and three counts of altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates.Lindsay Brooke Gagliordi, 26, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived her three separate cases to court. She was charged Jan. 18 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia. She was charged July 10 by the township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property. She was also charged on Oct. 10 by the township police with retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and giving false identification to law enforcement officers.Samuel Zekler, 28, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 12 by the Cranberry Township police with three counts each of possession of a controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and one count each of public drunkenness and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Michael Patrick Gilson, 25, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with no headlights.Matthew R. Williams, 43, of Greenville waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, obscured plates and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.Laurie Fegal Witzberger, 49, of Seven Fields had her case held to court. She was charged July 3 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of writing bad checks.Sherrie A. Clinkscale, 43, of Hubbard, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged May 24 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of forgery, receiving stolen property, access device fraud, identity theft and criminal attempt/bad checks.Bruce S. Henderson, 47, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 13 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Ryan J. Bianco, 22, of Monroeville, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 10 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.Michael Charles Elish, 22, of Pitcarin, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle and theft from a motor vehicle.James Michael Capp, 56, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police driving under the influence, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, failing to obey turning movements and required signals, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.
