Tyler Wiles scored 14 points and the Butler seventh grade Gold boys basketball team defeated Knoch, 36-28, recently.

Hockey

Butler Middle School slipped to 5-6-1 with a recent 6-5 loss to McDowell at the Belmont Ice Complex.

Cody Reep scored three goals for Butler, Brayden Povlick and Tristan McGarrah one each. Trevor Ackelson had two assists and Sal DiDomenico one.

Daniel Conrad had three goals and an assist, Matt Smith two goals and three assists for McDowell.

Butler plays Montour at 5 p.m. Monday at Robert Morris University.
