[naviga:h3]Math Blast brings kids to campus [/naviga:h3]
GROVE CITY — Grove City College’s annual Math Blast for children will take place from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday in The Hall of Arts and Letters on campus.
Math Blast is a free program open to the public that provides fun math lessons to children in kindergarten through eighth grade.
Some of this year’s activities will include “Frozen Adventure to Fraction Town,” “Basketball, Football, and Math! Oh My,” and “Graphing with Skittles.”
Student volunteers, most pursuing majors in the college’s departments of education and mathematics, are hosting the event and conducting the lessons.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Hall of Arts and Letters.

[naviga:h3]Youth group to host dinner[/naviga:h3]
TURKEY CITY, Clarion County — The youth group at Turkey City Church of God, 479 Turkey Hill Road, will have a special sweetheart dinner from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Friday.
The dinner will be in Turkey City Church of God’s fellowship hall.
