BUTLER TWP — Washboard Tony and Son will take part in the free Family Summer Concert Series at Alameda Park's Odd Fellow Gazebo beginning at 6:30 p.m. June 23.

“Washboard” Tony Frochio of Connoquenessing and his son, Nic, will provide an evening of what Frochio calls “folk music with a twist.”

“We've been doing it for a few years,” said Frochio. “I hope it puts everybody in a better mood.”

He noted social-distancing protocols will be in effect, adding people can bring their own lawn chairs or just sit in their cars for the concert.
