Saxonburg Area Artists Cooperative, 215 Main St., rear, in Saxonburg, presents the third annual Invitational High School Senior Art Exhibit through June 2. The $500 scholarship award went to Victor Carlesi of Kittanning High School for his pastels. Participating schools are St. Joseph, Deer Lakes, Highlands, Kittanning and Valley. Bottlebrush: A Gallery for the Arts, 539 Main St., Harmony, hosts the St. Stephen’s Lutheran Academy, Zelienople, student exhibit through May 16. PITTSBURGHSilver Eye Center for Photography, 1015 E. Carson St., hosts solo exhibitions by 2012 award recipients Akihiko Miyoshi and Isa Leshko opening at 6:30 p.m. Friday and continuing through July 17. Admission is free. Carnegie Museum of Art, 4400 Forbes Ave., presents “Impressionism in a New Light: From Monet to Stieglitz” on view Saturday through Aug. 26. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, with additional hours until 8 p.m. Thursdays, and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Admission, which includes the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, is $15 for adults, $12 for senior citizens, $11 for students with ID and children age 3 to 18, and free for members and children younger than 3.
