Strand Theater, 119 N. Main St., Zelienople, hosts New Wilmington native and author Florence Biros premiering the film “DogJack,” based on her novel, at 4 p.m. Sunday. A presentation by the author and a book signing and question and answer period will follow. “DogJack” was inspired by a dog featured in a photograph at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Oakland.
