BUTLER CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE
The children's department of Butler Church of the Nazarene, 4410 Oakdale Road and Route 68, will present its Christmas play at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Participating children should meet at the church by 10:15 a.m.
Chrisann Green will provide music for the Sunday service. The Rev. Barry Mohney and Krystal McIndoe will perform an instrumental duet during the offertory.
Church members will serve as church service escorts for patients at the Butler Veterans Affairs Medical Center on Sunday and Dec. 26.
There will be no Caravan Kids Club on Wednesday.

The Wesley Chorale will hold a concert warm-up from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church, 200 E. North St. A concert will follow from 7:30 to 9 p.m. The Chorale will resume practices at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the main sanctuary.
The 3M's and the Asbury Sunday school class will hold a joint Christmas party at 5 p.m. today in Wesley Hall. The event will include dinner and a performance by the Sweet Adeline's Barber Shop Quartet.
A breakfast with Santa will be held at 9:30 a.m. Sunday. Parents should meet their children in Sunday school classrooms at 10:30 a.m.
The youth ensemble will perform at the 6 p.m. Saturday and the 10:50 a.m. Sunday services.

Dress rehearsal for the children's musical will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Cantata rehearsal will begin at 3:30 p.m. The Kingdom Ringers youth handbell choir will meet for a practice at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 23.
Sunday is the last day to order poinsettias. Cost is $6.
The Christmas Joy offering will be received during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day services.
HOMEACRE CHAPEL
The church family and friends of Homeacre Chapel, 340 Whitestown Road, will go Christmas caroling Sunday. The bus will leave the chapel at 4 p.m. After returning to the chapel, there will be refreshments and fellowship.
There will be no evening service on Sunday.
MARS ALLIANCE
Mars Alliance Church, Route 228, Mars, will host Christmas candlelight services at 6 and 8 p.m. Sunday. The services will include performances by the adult and children's choirs.
MEMORIAL CHURCH OF OUR FATHER EPISCOPAL
The Memorial Church of Our Father Episcopal, 110 Church Road, Foxburg, will begin a children and youth outreach ministry from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the parish house. The program will be held every Saturday and will feature crafts, games, music, Christian teaching and refreshments.
A potluck brunch will follow the 10 a.m. Holy Eucharist service on Sunday. The church will be decorated for Christmas after the brunch.

The Heavenly Bells will provide music for the 11 a.m. Sunday service at Meridian United Presbyterian Church, 4150 Highland Ave.
The senior youth will participate in a progressive dinner and Christmas caroling from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday.

The fourth week of Advent will be celebrated at the Sunday morning service with the lighting of the Angels' Candle. The scripture will be read by Tim and Suzanne Carr.
A bake sale to benefit the middle school field trip fund will be held before and after the Sunday morning service.
The annual Christmas dinner for staff will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Fellowship Hall.
Regular activities have been canceled on Wedensday evening. Wednesday activities will resume on Jan. 5.

WEST SUNBURY U.P.
The lighting of the Advent wreath will be held at the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service at West Sunbury United Presbyterian Church, 215 East Church St., West Sunbury. The service will also include Christmas carols sung by the Children's Choir, music by the Handbell Choir and a cantata sung by the Chancel Choir.
Members of the church will be wrapping presents Saturday at Clearview Mall. Proceeds will benefit the Butler County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
