3:40 p.m. Monday — Samantha Fallecker, 22, of Butler faces charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment stemming from an altercation at an Autumn Drive home.
Tuesday — An orange,2006 Kubota tractor was stolen overnight at Smardt Equipment Co. on New Castle Road in Muddy Creek Township. The stolen tractor was equipped with a 60-inch Kubota mower deck.Police said the unknown thief or thieves stole the tractor after cutting a hole in the fence around the outdoor storage lot.11:50 p.m. Monday — Nothing was taken after someone broke into several unlocked vehicles parked in the driveways of two homes on Crestmont Drive in Penn Township. Police believe the would-be thief was scared off after accidentally hitting the automatic garage door opener in one of the vehicles, alerting the homeowner to the break-in.Monday — An unknown vandal between 8 p.m. Sunday and 1 p.m. Tuesday caused about $500 in damage to a bill changing machine at the Mount Chestnut Car Wash on North Road in Franklin Township.Oct. 13 — Several jars of food and condiments were smashed and a box of candy stolen in a burglary at the Marion Township Youth Association concession stand on Route 308. The break-in occurred between Oct. 7 and 13.
6:54 a.m. Tuesday — Sport utility vehicles driven by Ronald Cronauer, 43, of Kittanning and Dawn Blauser, 42, of Parker collided at Route 28/66 and Staley's Court Road in Rayburn Township. Cronauer's vehicle rolled onto its driver's side after the collision. Blauser suffered moderate injuries.9:50 p.m. Monday — Acar driven by Corey E. Horner, 18, of Rimersburg crashed into a guardrail on Route 28 near Horseshoe Drive in South Buffalo Township.
Tuesday — The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement reported that Savelli's Tavern on Huey Road in Toby Township was cited for selling alcohol with an expired liquor license.
