Spahn, 20, of Boyers was charged with retail theft after he allegedly tried to take three cigars from the Annandale Station on West Sunbury Road in Cherry Township.Friday — Daniel Robert Miller, 25, of Valencia was charged with two counts failure to comply with sexual offender requirements after he allegedly failed to tell police he had been living at 1025 Van Velsor Drive in Bakerstown, not the Mack Lane address he had provided, since June 2008.2:45 a.m. Aug. 23 — A pickup truck driven by John A. Hilliard, 21, of Fenelton crashed into a telephone pole on the Chicora-Fenelton Road in Donegal Township. Hilliard suffered a minor injury and was cited for a traffic violation.

3:30 p.m. Friday — A vehicle owned by Hollie L. Carson of Markleton, Pa., was struck by another vehicle, which then fled the scene, in the parking lot for Prime Outlets in Springfield Township. The suspect vehicle is a purple Pontiac Grand Am driven by a white woman about 40 years old. Anyone with information should call police at 724-662-6162.9 p.m. Monday — Gary R. Westbrook, 51, of Grove City was charged with DUI following a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 208 and Old Mercer Road in Springfield Township.

Thursday — A Magellan GPS device owned by Martin Donahue was stolen from a vehicle parked on North Center Street.4:48 p.m. Wednesday — Douglas M. Conner, 34, of Uniontown was arrested under suspicion of DUI following a traffic stop on East Main Street near Liberty Street.Wednesday — Someone stole a car stereo belonging to Ryan Sestak from a vehicle parked on Bessemer Avenue.9:30 a.m. Tuesday — Someone entered an unlocked truck parked in a garage on Woodland Avenue, stealing about $5 worth of change. The truck belongs to Adrian Runkle of Grove City.Butler Township3:42 p.m. Wednesday — Ashley Wonderling, 22, of Kittanning was charged with retail theft after she allegedly took a pair of shoes from Famous Footwear without paying.
