4:27 a.m. Sunday — Matthew McGarrah, 21, of Butler was charged with DUI, driving at unsafe speed, careless driving and failure to notify police of an accident following a single-car crash along Litman Road.9:55 p.m. Thursday — Sharon Wagner, 27, of Butler was cited for retail theft after she allegedly stole a case of Pepsi from the Sheetz on New Castle Road.3:22 p.m. Oct. 5 — Daniel S. Wright, 60, of East Brady was charged with DUI, damage to an attended vehicle, duty to render aid and give information, and careless driving after he was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run accident, striking a vehicle driven by Mary Lou Barnes of Butler at the entrance to Moraine Pointe Plaza along New Castle Road, then fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported.
