State Police, Clarion8:30 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Kyle R. Hilliard, 23, of Sligo crashed into a guide rail and an embankment along Interstate 80 in Clarion Township, Clarion County.3:40 a.m. Thursday — A tractor trailer driven by Rodney J. Dole, 55, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., crashed into a guide rail along Interstate 80 in Allegheny Township, Butler County. Dole was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.

State Police, Kittanning9:19 p.m. Thursday — An SUV driven by Wilbur C. Stitt, 57, of Kittanning struck a deer on Route 28 near Iron Bridge Road in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. Stitt was not injured.
