Butler Police6:12 p.m. Monday — Jennifer Kwiatek, 36, of Evans City was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia after she allegedly broke into a lock box in the trunk of her mother’s car and stole $3,750 worth of jewelry. Police recovered the jewelry, which had been sold to Golden Dreams and ZeroMax Gold, both in Butler. When Kwiatek was arrested at the Super 8 Motel in Butler Township, she allegedly had a syringe and a spoon containing drug residue.
