William "Bob" and Marilyn Coleman of Butler celebrated 40 years of marriage recently with a family dinner.

The former Marilyn Bender married Coleman on June 18, 1966, at St. Kilian Roman Catholic Church in Mars.

They have two children, Kimberly Tebay and Rob Coleman, both of Butler. They also have three grandchildren.

Coleman is retired from Mars Senior Center, where he worked as the manager.

Mrs. Coleman is a homemaker.

The couple belongs to St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Butler. They also belong to the Butler City Crime Watch.
