Armstrong County man charged with unauthorized credit card use

A Kittanning man has been charged for using a Forward Township landscaping company’s credit card to make $807 in unauthorized purchases.
State police filed seven felony counts of misuse of an access device against William E. Wyant, 40, of Kittanning.
Wyant used a Poor College Kids Landscaping credit card issued to a former employee to make the unauthorized purchases at several businesses between April 29 and May 2, according to an affidavit.
Surveillance footage at some of the business show Wyant made the purchases, according to the affidavit.
Court records show no charges were filed against the former employee.
