Butler Township Police8:25 a.m. Dec. 13 — Cody Vaughn, 23, of Saxonburg was charged with DUI and careless driving after the car he was allegedly driving drove off the dead end of Sylvan Street and down an embankment, where it got stuck. Officers allegedly arrived on the scene to find Vaughn asleep behind the wheel.

Liquor Control EnforcementJuly 24 — The Harmony Inn on Mercer Street in Harmony was cited for allegedly selling alcoholic beverages, after its liquor license expired, on July 14 and July 24.
