The Mahoods in 1958

Joseph and Juanita Mahood of Karns City celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family gathering on April 26.

The former Juanita Fink married Joseph Mahood on April 26, 1958, in Brent.

They have two children, Karin Mahood of Karns City and Kevin Mahood, who is deceased.

They also have four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mahood is retired from Penreco in Karns City where he worked for 41 years. He also served in the Air Force.

Mrs. Mahood is a retired clerk for Harold Ekas Supermarket in Karns City.

The Mahoods are members of Church of God of Prophecy in Karns City.
