The Guillards in 1958

Robert and Doris Guillard of Prospect celebrated 50 years of marriage with an open house Sept. 13 at the Slippery Rock Township Building.

Guillard married the former Doris Butia on July 26, 1958, at Zion Lutheran Evangelical Church in Harmony.

They have two children, Dr. Robert Guillard Jr. of Southampton, N.J., and Laurie Kelly of Prospect.

They also have one grandson.

Guillard is retired from Lava Crucible in Zelienople and Meco Belts in Warrendale. He is a member of the Harmony Masonic Lodge 429 and the Scottish Rite Consistory of New Castle.

Mrs. Guillard is retired from the Ben Franklin Store inZelienople. She is a member of the Eastern Star 485 in Zelienople.

The couple are members of the Zion Lutheran Evangelical Church.
