Jan. 8 — A Minnesota man is accused of traveling to his ex-wife's home on West Diamond Street and attempting to take custody of the couple's 4-year-old son.Ali Mohamed Abdalla, 24, of Chanhassen is wanted on an arrest warrant for stalking.The suspect's ex-wife, India Anderson, according to court documents, has full custody of the child. Abdalla also was previously barred by a Minnesota court from having any contact with Anderson.

Monday — Police filed drug charges against Kyle Hasychak, 20, of Butler after police found him with suspected heroin. Hasychak is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

10:45 a.m. Wednesday — Acar driven by Lance Druga, 26, of New Castle struck a guardrail and collided with a tractor truck on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township. Druga, who suffered minor injuries, was cited for driving too fast for conditions. Harold Ouellet, 42, of Quebec, Canada, was driving the truck.4:55 p.m. Tuesday — Acar driven by Kristy M. Glass, 26, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, and a sport utility vehicle driven by Heather R. Doughty, 24, of Sarver collided on ice-coated Route 228 in Clinton Township.3:10 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by David N. Cypher, 26, of Worthington, Armstrong County, slid on slush and hit a tree along Stargrill Road in Winfield Township. Amanda Cypher, 27, of Worthington, a passenger, was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.3:10 p.m. Saturday — An SUV driven by Victoria Hornyak, 23, of Cabot hit a utility pole along ice- and snow-covered Saxonburg Boulevard in Clinton Township. Hornyak, who suffered minor injuries, was cited for driving too fast for conditions.3:10 p.m. Saturday — An SUV driven by Billie J. Knapp, 38, of Cabot struck a utility pole and wooden fence after skidding off snow-covered Winfield Road in Winfield Township.Saturday — A small amount of money was taken in a burglary Friday or Saturday at the Prospect Library on Main Street in Prospect.

1:30 p.m. Tuesday — A pickup truck driven by Glenn Perrine, 63, of Jackson Center struck an embankment and rolled onto its side on Route 173 in Worth Township, Mercer County. Perrine was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
