Nicholas and Gaye Dickey of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a trip to Niagara Falls, where they celebrated their honeymoon in 1958.

Dickey married the former Gaye Fogel on Sept. 28, 1958, at the St. Michael Ukrainian Catholic Church.

They have three children, Brian Dickey, Sharon Biedenbach and Mark Dickey, all of Butler.

They also have six grandchildren.

Dickey has been self-employed in renovations and repairs for 45 years and formerly worked for Pullman Standard. He is a member of the William H. Miller Lodge 769.

Mrs. Dickey has worked at A.E. Worsley for 34 years.
