'Highway to Heaven'
Mark Thomas prepares to take his life-long friend Todd Urban to his final resting place.
Todd Urban of Slippery Rock got a lift on his way along the “Highway to Heaven” Wednesday from his lifelong friend Mark Thomas. Urban, a trucker who died Saturday from cancer, was transported on a flat bed truck owned by Thomas from Young Funeral Home in West Sunbury to Muddy Creek Cemetery. The casket of Urban’s father, John, who owned a small trucking company, was also transported by flatbed when he died in 2008, starting a family tradition.
