Bob and Peg Tarcha

Bob and Peg Tarcha of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a luncheon at the Butler Elks.

Tarcha married the former Peg Walter on Aug. 6, 1960, at St. Mark's Church in Butler.

They have three children, Lynne Hasychak of Butler, Tim Tarcha of Newton, Mass., and Brad Tarcha of Butler.

They also have four grandchildren.

Tarcha is retired from Pullman Standard and TRACO. He is a member of the Butler Elks Lodge.

Mrs. Tarcha is retired from Carl E. Shields Realty. She is a member of the Butler Elks and the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She is past matron and 50-year member of the Maqueda Chapter 421 Eastern Star.The Tarchas belong to St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
