The Picketts in 1952

Warren and Donna Pickett of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage with a surprise family and friends dinner Feb. 25 at the Foxburg Inn, hosted by their children and grandchildren.

Pickett married the former Donna Kincaid on Feb. 15, 1952, at the Covenant United Presbyterian Church in Butler.

They have three children, Robert “Boyd” Pickett, Lynette Caparosa and Dirk Pickett, all of Butler.

They also have six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Pickett is retired from Armco and is working part time for Bacher Sedan Service.

Mrs. Pickett is retired from JC Penneys and is now a homemaker.

The Picketts are members of Community Alliance Church in Butler.
