Myrtle Wigton

Myrtle Wigton of Petrolia, now residing at the Chicora Medical Center, will celebrate her 103rd birthday.

The former Myrtle Watson was born March 4, 1909, in Cabot. She married the late Charles Wigton on Nov. 28, 1934.

She has two children, Donald Wigton of Phoenix and Charles Wigton Jr. of Florissant, Mo.

She also has 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

One grandchild is deceased.

Mrs. Wigton is a homemaker and belongs to the Bruin United Methodist Church in Bruin.
