SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Billie J. Bartley, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of reckless endangerment, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and carrying or discharging air rifles, filed June 1 by Buffalo Township police.

Britanee Boucher, 21, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed April 30 by Buffalo Township police.

Arthur Carion, 53, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed June 4 by Saxonburg police.

Amy Sue Donley, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed June 5 by Saxonburg police. Donley was ordered to pay $387.50 in restitution, fines and court costs

Terence J. Emminger, 47, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed June 4 by Saxonburg police.

Christopher Gaiser, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding, filed May 25 by Saxonburg police.

Gary E. Hartzell, 40, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license, driving without a valid inspection sticker and failure to provide information to a police officer, filed May 31 by Penn Township police. Hartzell was sentenced to $430 in fines and court costs.

Michelle Herrington, 39, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed June 5 by Saxonburg police.

Jason Hertweck, 32, of Valencia pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving a vehicle without inspection and without registration, filed April 4 by Middlesex Township police. Hertweck was ordered to pay $400 in fines and court costs.

Lisa Hockenberry, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, following too closely to another vehicle, and not wearing a seat belt, filed April 30 by state police.

Brian J. Krause, 42, of Butler was held for court on a charge of trespass, filed Dec. 14 by Middlesex Township police.

Colleen A. Krause, 41, of Butler was held for court on a charge of trespass, filed Dec. 14 by Middlesex Township police.

Angela Monpere, 23, of Butler waived to court 91 counts of violating the Workers' Compensation Act, filed March 14 by the state Department of Labor &Industry.

Chandar F. Morris, 34, of Verona, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of unsworn falsification to authorities, false reports to law enforcement authorities, driving with a suspended license-DUIrelated, and unlawful activities, filed Nov. 24 by Penn Township police.

Dennis D. Patterson, 49, of Cabot waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, simple assault and harassment, filed July 7 by state police.

Randy Lee Rowe, 38, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license and driving with a suspended license-DUIrelated, filed May 28 by state police.

Andrew W. Sadowski, 19, of Sarver was held for court on charges of reckless endangerment, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and carrying or discharging air rifles, filed June 1 by Buffalo Township police.

Joseph A. Seybert, 25, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed June 11 by state police. Seybert was ordered to pay $1,127 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Savannah R. Slick, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed May 14 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Keith J. Bauer, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking, speeding, and not wearing a safety belt, filed May 29.Erin J. Behrens, 30, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed May 29.Douglas R. Cumberland, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of accidents involving injury, failure to keep to the right, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and failure to stop and render aid, filed May 22.Eric Marsh, 47, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, open lewdness and disorderly conduct, filed March 7.Charles E. McDaniel II, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without headlamps on, and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 6.Joseph Schroeder, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed May 26.Royal F. Tolbert Jr., 29, of Rochester, Beaver County, was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license, filed May 22.

SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:Ronald Leroy Burd, 35, of Greenville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, turning lane, careless driving and seat belt filed by state police June 11.James Christopher Patella, 30, of Boardman, Ohio, waived to court theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy charges filed by state police May 15.Michael Anthony DeSalva, 32, of New Castle waived to court driving under the influence and driving the wrong way charges filed by Slippery Rock Borough police June 18.Michael Peter Cortazzo, 21, of Franklin Street, Slippery Rock, waived to court driving under the influence and driving the wrong way charges filed by Slippery Rock Borough police June 7.Joanne Lynn Hartmann, 55, of Butler Euclid School Road waived to court driving under the influence, seat belt and u-turn charges filed by state police May 24.Luke Boykin, 28, of Knox pleaded guilty to theft of services and was ordered to pay $122 in restitution.
