CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Ryan Brittingham, 24, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 22. Brittingham was ordered to pay $481.50 in fines and court costs.

Francis C. Conlon, 19, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 25.

Russell Harnish Jr., 55, of Butler waived to court charges of stalking, indecent exposure, harassment, disorderly conduct and open lewdness, filed July 16.

Raymond T. Miller, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and improper use of a learner's permit for motorcycles, filed July 15.

District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Mindy Lee Conley, 34, of New Brighton waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 14 charged her with retail theft.Lindsay Elizabeth Ankney, 21, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 1 charged her with retail theft.Ashley Renee Dhayer, 32, of Beaver Falls waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 18 charged her with retail theft and defiant trespass.Chelsie Rae Hockenberry, 25, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. Police on July 28 charged her with giving false identification and retail theft.Sara Jo Mentzer, 28, of Butler waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 15 charged her with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Joseph Dean Butler, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on July 23 charged him with statutory sexual assault, child pornography, criminal use of a communication facility and corruption of minors.Justin E. Krystek, 41, of Wexford waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 16 charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
