Montag, Jones

Angela Montag of Slippery Rock and Christopher Jones of Wayne were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Aug. 7 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Cathedral in Pittsburgh. The Rev. Donald Fisher officiated. A reception followed at the Sheraton in Station Square.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Joyce Montag of Slippery Rock. Parents of the bridegroom are Keith and Elaine Jones of Wayne.

The maid of honor was Trisha Montag of Slippery Rock. Bridesmaids were Katie Hildebrand of State College; Kim Foote of Atlanta; Marybeth Harris of Brookline, Mass.;. Samantha Jones of Wayne; Jacque Little of Burlington, Vt.; and Tracy Snow Berger of Pittsburgh.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Ethan Cole of Gainesville. Ushers were John Brehm of New Orleans, Pete Driscoll of Ardmore, Adam Foote of Pittsburgh, Max Kardon of Thailand, Danny Levine of Philadelphia and Pat Schwaryn of Lancaster.

The bride graduated in 1997 from Slippery Rock High School, in 2001 from Juniata College and in 2004 from the William and Mary School of Law. She works for Morgan, Lewis and Bockius Law Firm in Philadelphia.

The bridegroom graduated in 1999 from Upper Merion High School and in 2003 from Juniata College. He is a second-year student at Dickinson Law School.

After honeymooning in Napa Valley, Calif. and Hawaii, the couple is making their first home in Philadelphia.
