10:39 p.m. Friday — Stacey Lee Rees, 33, was cited for furnishing alcohol to minors stemming from an alleged underage drinking party at her duplex.Police were called to Rees' Vero Street home for a complaint of loud music. She told officers, a police report said, that she was "only having the party because it was one of the girls' birthday."Brooke Bridges, who turned 18 on Friday, and Tiffany Tesmond, 18, both of Lyndora were cited for underage drinking. Also cited for underage drinking were two 15-year-olds, two 16-year-olds and a 17-year-old, none of whom police identified.
9:20 p.m. Saturday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Jeffery Wasilewski, 19, of Ebensburg, Cambria County, struck a tree along Route 8 in Clay Township. Police said Wasilewski was cited for a lane violation.3:11 p.m. Saturday — Margaret M. Willcox, 55, of Center was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a prescription medication on Route 38 in Greece City, Concord Township.2:30 a.m. Saturday — A global positioning system unit was stolen from an unlocked SUV at a Marwood Road home in Winfield Township.10:27 p.m. Friday — Bartholomew P. Gardina, 56, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car drifted into the side of a cruiser driven by Trooper Amanda Cagno on Route 68 near South Wagner Avenue in Butler. Police said Gardina also was cited for a lane violation.8 p.m. Friday — Two teenage boys face charges stemming from a fight at the Clearview Mall in Center Township. A 15-year-old boy was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment, and a 13 year-old boy was cited for defiant trespass.2 a.m. Friday — An SUV driven by Mark Gangaway, no age or address given, struck a snow bank after sliding off Old Brick Road near Branchton Road in Washington Township.
4:12 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by Thomas W. Gregg II, 22, of Grove City struck several trees along snow-covered Route 417 near Shawgo Lane in Oakland Township, Venango County. Gregg was cited for a lane violation.9:25 a.m. Saturday — Pickups driven by Ward E. Kiser III, 45, of Franklin and William C. Bell, 81, of Grove City collided on Route 8 in Barkeyville.
4 a.m. Saturday — A 50-year-old Yatesboro man, who police did not identify, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he stopped his vehicle to allow a passenger to urinate along the Route 28 off-ramp in South Buffalo Township.Police said the passenger, Stephanie Lynn Bowser, 41, of Yatesboro, was cited for disorderly conduct and an open container violation.
10:52 a.m. Sunday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Elva Shipton, 34, of Grove City and a minivan driven by Ashlee Highfield, 24, of Mercer collided on slush-covered Route 58 near Lee Road in Findley Township. The van rolled onto its side after the collision.4:58 a.m. Wednesday — Mark D. Fritz, 50, of New Castle was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his SUV became disabled on Route 208 about a half-mile west of Interstate 79 in Springfield Township.
8:37 a.m. Sunday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Steve V. Kurtz, 19, of Harrisville struck an embankment and rolled onto its roof on Route 108 near Rose Point-Harlansburg Road in Scott Township. Police said Kurtz was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.
