The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts.

Jan. 9 — Madelaine Cristillo, 22, of Butler was charged with felony retail theft and receiving stolen property charges after being accused of taking $1,504 in clothes and jewelry from Boscov’s at the Clearview Mall.

Jan. 14 — Robert Rumburd, 42, of Raleigh, N.C., was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and five summary violations after he was involved in a crash on I-79 in Lancaster Township.
