CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard the following cases:

Timothy Byers, 46, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and reckless driving, filed May 8.

Richard Collier, 22, of Karns City was held for court on charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, driving a vehicle without valid registration or inspection, filed March 21.

William R. Crilley, 33, of Karns City was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving, driving without headlights on, and driving with a suspended license, filed April 27.

Mark Deal, 35, of Petrolia was held for court on charges of DUI and driving an all-terrain vehicle on a highway, filed May 16.

Hilton C. Drayer, 66, of Rimersburg was held for court on charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle and failure to notify police of an accident, filed March 7.

Dennis J. MacDonald, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed April 18.

Jesse Murphy, 61, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 10.

Corey Manuel, 23, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and trespass by vehicle, filed May 16.

David S. O'Donnell, 41, of Parker waived to court charges of workers' compensation fraud and theft by deception, filed April 27.

Amanda E. Saeler, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and forgery, filed May 18 by state police.

Steven D. Saeler, 29, of Butler waived charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed May 15 by state police.

Michael E. Hilliard, 35, of Boyers waived charges of driving under the influence, disregard for traffic lane, careless driving, restrictions on use of alcoholic beverages, no rear lights and failure to wear seat belt, filed May 2 by state police.

Lee A. McKain, 30, of Butler waived charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving death or injury, driving while operating privileges are suspended, disregard of traffic lane, driving at unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Jan. 22 by state police.

Jason L. Gavinsky, 29, of West Sunbury waived charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 7 by state police.

Milford E. Stevens, 49, of Eau Claire waived charges of firearms not to be carried without a license, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief, filed April 27 by state police.

Arthur L. Miller, 24, of Fenelton was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and failure to use a seat belt, filed Jan. 29 by state police.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Tamara Lee McKeon, 47, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged May 2 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and disregard of traffic lane.Lynn Ann Gilbert, 21, of New Castle waived her case to court. She was charged May 2 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.Diana Louise Herrmann, 53, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged April 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, public drunkenness, careless driving, failing to obey turning movements and required signals, disregard of traffic lane and failure to keep right.William Henrey Davis, 35, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 25 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and driving with a suspended license.Ronald P. Fundy, 66, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 27 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and making an improper right turn.Kenneth James Lincheck, 55, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Oct. 31 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and two counts of failing to obey turning movements and required signals. He was also charged Dec. 7, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and failure to notify police of an address change.Mark A. Malchano, 45, of Baden, Beaver County, had his case held to court. He was charged April 2 by the Cranberry Township police with disposal of a vehicle altered/illegally obtained, receiving stolen property, false swearing and insurance fraud.Russell Eugene Willis Jr., 56, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged June 1 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft.Scott Schulte, 32, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Belinda Livingston Beaty, 34, of Pittsburgh had her case held to court. She was charged May 14 by the Adams Township police with writing bad checks and theft by deception.Travis Ryan Hilliard, 21, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 10 by the state police with criminal trespass, two counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, three counts of theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief.Matthew Paul Dec, 38, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged May 10 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey duties at a stop sign and failure to yield at a yield signal.John Mahler, 36, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 17 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol/drugs, driving with a suspended license and speeding.Courtney Leon, 18, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged May 9 by the Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Alan Hastings Hester, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 14 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of a traffic control device.Edward Allan Whitmire, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 20 by the Butler County detectives with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.
