SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
George G. Adam, 47, of Saxonburg was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 16 by state police.
Pamela Artkowski, 44, of Springdale, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed May 23 in a private complaint. Artkowski was ordered to pay $2,170.72 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Dominic J. Bergamasco, 22, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and a lane violation, filed May 21 by Buffalo Township police.
Samantha L. Boucher, 20, of Sarver waived to court charges of forgery, tampering with record or identification and retail theft, filed May 31 by Buffalo Township police.
Daniel Brown, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and speeding, filed May 10 by Buffalo Township police.
Mehran S. Hedjazi, 19, of Monroevile, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 9 by state police. Hedjazi was ordered to pay $516 in fines and court costs.
Nancy A. Hinchberger, 40, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of procuring or attempting to procure drugs by fraud, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 12 by Penn Township police.
William D. Isenberg, 39, of Grove City pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed May 14 by Penn Township police. Isenberg was ordered to pay $140 in fines and court costs.
Heather D. Johnston, 18, of Freeport pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 4 by Buffalo Township police. Johnston was ordered to pay $440 in fines and court costs.
William P. Kofalt, 21, of Enon Valley, Lawrence County, was held for court on charges of theft of leased property and receiving stolen property, filed May 21 by Middlesex Township police.
Jason D. Kuchta, 26, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Feb. 12 by state police.
Katlyn K. Kutsch, 19, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 9 by state police. Kutsch was ordered to pay $516 in fines and court costs.
James L. Larue, 36, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lane violation, following too closely to another vehicle, and an open container violation, filed May 29 by Buffalo Township police.
Richard Leone, 46, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed May 23 in a private complaint. Leone was ordered to pay $505.76 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Shannon K. Lopiccolo, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed March 19 by Buffalo Township police. Lopiccolo was ordered to pay $163.34 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Justin W. Morgan, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, and a stop sign and lane violations, filed April 12 by state police.
Charles L. Roenigk, 52, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Dec. 28 by state police.Roenigk, in a separate complaint filed Dec. 14 by Saxonburg police, was charged with DUI.
Ryan C. Santelli, 22, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and a lane violation, filed May 14 by state police.
Jacob D. Turner, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, driving with a suspended license and a lane violation, filed May 14 by Penn Township police.
Barry C. Vunora, 37, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 19 by state police.
Joseph J. Wilson III, 42, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of theft by deception, receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking and two counts of access device fraud, filed Dec. 5 by Penn Township police.
