BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:
Christopher K. Boltz, 25, of Sarver was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 12.
Eric Tyrone Brown, 41, of Oakmont, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 5. He was ordered to pay $290 in fines and court costs.
Duane E. Caskey, 46, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 16.
William H. Davis, 35, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy, attempted retail theft and driving with a suspended license, filed March 22.
Kenneth Gratzinger II, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 10.
Nancy Hinchberger, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license, driving without valid registration and no insurance, and unauthorized transfer of registration, filed June 30.
Paul S. Hill, 40, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived to court charges of retail theft and false identification, filed April 19.
Lee McKain, 30, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed March 5.
Albert R. McKnight Jr., 52, of Prospect waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, no inspection, and a lane violation, filed March 1.
Jeffrey A. McPherson, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass, filed April 18. He was ordered to pay $445 in fines and court costs.
Chris Nunez, 21, pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault, filed March 14. He was ordered to pay $445 in fines and court costs.
Thomas M. Sheahan, 45, of Butler was held for court on charges of sexual abuse of children, unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility, filed Jan. 10 by state police.
John C. Steele III, 26, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed March 22. He was ordered to pay $511 in fines and court costs.
Robert W. Welch, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, an open container violation and driving too fast for conditions, filed Feb. 20.
Joshua D. Webb, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, fled April 23.
SAXONBURG — District Judge Kelley Streib, filling in for District Judge Sue Haggerty, recently heard these cases:Lisa Janoski, 25, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 27 by state police. She was ordered to pay $450 in fines and court costs.Rhonda L. Jenks, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 15 by Penn Township police. She was ordered to pay $550 in fines and court costs.John E. Testa Jr., 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 8 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $540 in fines and court costs.George R. Zambelli III, 25, of Baden, Beaver County, was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, harassment and stalking, filed March 4 by state police.———District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases in her own court:Amelin Lulic, 32, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged March 29 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Jeffrey Statler, 56, of Chambersburg, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.
