CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Elisza Lee Powell, 25, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Chad Marcus Schwartz, 33, of South Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and possessing an instrument of crime.
Thomas Leo Newman, 47, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 22, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.
Dustin Anthony Yenick, 23, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 31 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and careless driving.
Salvatore Vincent Mosco, 34, of Tarentum, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 19 by the state police with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, driving with a suspended license, following too closely, failing to stop and give information and render aid, failure to notify police immediately of an accident and failure to notify police of a change in address.
Thomas Rinne, 54, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving too slow for conditions and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Jason Andrew Stewart, 19, of Freedom, Beaver County, had his case held for court. He was charged Feb. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with making repairs/selling/etc. an offensive weapon, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and purchasing alcohol by a minor.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Gary Allan Jones, 53, of Baden, Beaver County, had his two separate cases held for court. He was charged Dec. 19, 2006, by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving too closely. He was also charged Jan. 16 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Salvador Canizares, 22, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 24 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.Dean Anthony Cercone, Sr., 47, of Renfrew had his case held for court. He was charged Feb. 23 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and controlled substance, period for required headlights, not yielding and careless driving.Joseph P. Pacella, 31, of Butler had his case held for court. He was charged Feb. 12 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey duties at a stop sign and failing to drive at safe speeds.Susan Lorraine Cercone, 44, of Renfrew had her case held for court. She was charged Jan. 3 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle/property and failure to notify police immediately of an accident.
