Serafine

Stella Marie Grazioli Serafine, 97, formerly of Wise Road died Sunday at the Shelbourne Assisted Living Home.

Born July 6, 1909, in Kaylor, she was a daughter of Claudio and Severina Mostacchi Grazioli.

Mrs. Serafine was a homemaker, mother and grandmother.

She was a member of the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church and the St. Paul Guild and Christian Mothers.

Surviving are a son, Ronald J. Serafine of Butler; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Leah) Miller of Butler and Mrs. James (Sandra) Rhodes of Lafayette, Calif.; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her husband, Joseph L. Serafine, whom she married Sept. 17, 1932, died April 8, 1991. Four brothers and five sisters also preceded her in death.

<B>SERAFINE </B>—<B> </B>Friends of Stella Marie Grazioli Serafine, who died Sunday, Oct. 22, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St. Entombment will follow at the Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.The St. Paul Guild and Christian Mothers will recite the rosary at 9:35 a.m. Thursday at the church.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, 267 Pittsburgh Road, Butler, PA 16002; or to Shelbourne Assisted Living Home, 296 Dinnerbell Road, Butler, PA 16002.Information also is available at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
