McClaskey

Michael McClaskey, 54, of Butler, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024.

He was born in Reading, Pa., on Oct. 31, 1969, to the late Grover and Elaine (Burns) McClaskey.

Michael graduated from Paradise Valley High School in Phoenix, Ariz., then worked in the automotive industry for more than 20 years, and was most recently employed at Keystone Electric. In his free time, Michael loved to golf and play basketball and also loved Disneyland. He was known for being quick-witted, funny and caring. He loved his family and friends, and everyone he knew loved him.

He was the brother of Richard (Debbie) McClaskey. Mike also is survived by his former wife and close friend, Anita McClaskey.

Michael was preceded in death by his siblings, Stephen (Judy) McClaskey, June Bridegam-McClaskey and Kathy (Mike) McKinnon.

MCCLASKEY — Services for Michael McClaskey, who died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024, will be held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mike's name to the American Diabetes Association.
