David J. Heitzer, 70, of Natrona Heights, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 24, 2023.

He was born in Butler, on Aug. 19, 1953, to the late Jerome and Dorothy (Angert) Heitzer.

After attending Knoch High School, David was employed as a master carpenter at Just Mark Construction for over 30 years. He loved spending time outdoors and riding his Harley. David was known for being very hardworking and as a great husband, father and grandfather.

David was the beloved husband of Sondra (Biffaretti) Heitzer, since their marriage in 1981; father of Jason and Jessica Heitzer; brother of Deb Heitzer, Tom (Bev) Heitzer and Michael (Elaine) Heitzer; grandfather of Adalyn and Chelsea.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Clark.

HEITZER — All services for David J. Heitzer, who died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2023, will be held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
