Butler Police1:32 a.m. Sunday — Aloysious Jonathan Highhawk Watts, 22, of Sarver was charged with driving under the influence-incapable of safe driving, driving under the influence-blood alcohol content between 0.08 percent and 0.10 percent, and not driving at a safe speed, following a traffic stop on South Main Street.

Butler Township12:09 a.m. Tuesday — Jeffrey Wiles, 41, of Butler was charged with indirect criminal contempt after he allegedly violated a protection from abuse order.10:05 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Cathlene Ondechek, 26, of Darlington, Beaver County, hit the rear of a car driven by Francis Vivirito, 37, of Butler on Route 422.5:40 p.m. Sunday — Pablo Ledesma, 19, of Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after his pickup crossed three lanes of traffic, hit an embankment and rolled over. He was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for minor injuries. The road was closed for roughly an hour while the accident was cleared.

State Police, ClarionSaturday — An unidentified vehicle ran over a mailbox along Sarah Furnace Road in Madison Township. The incident happened between 8:30 and 9 p.m. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 814-226-1710.

State Police, Mercer8 p.m. Monday — An unidentified vehicle sideswiped a pickup truck on Irishtown Road, just south of Whispering Oaks in Pine Township, and did not stop after the crash. Jonathan D. Harstine, 20, of Grove City was driving the pickup.5:17 p.m. Monday — Brian A. Claypoole, 36, of Transfer, Mercer County, was charged with indirect criminal contempt after allegedly violating a protection from abuse order at the Pine Grove Plaza in Pine Township.11:24 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Zhe Song, 40, of Secaucus, N.J., struck an embankment and rolled over, landing on its wheels, on Interstate 80 in Wolf Creek Township. Police said Song was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

/State Police, New Castle8:25 p.m. March 11 — Stephanie Ann Blews-West, 36, of New Castle was charged with simple assault after allegedly hitting Shawn Albert Lyskowka, 42, of New Castle in the face, breaking his nose in multiple places. The incident happened at 7686 Old Route 422, Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County. He was treated at MedExpress Urgent Care for his injuries.
